Lots of info on characters, places, literature and mythology , synopses of the three books and beautiful illustrations in the complimentary pdf that comes with the audiobook.

That said, I had done hard times with mispronunciation by the main speaker, esp. names and places to n Italian and German. There ARE differences between French, Italian (and Spanish) and German! Some research with native speakers might have helped...
