A totally new way of life. Amazingly results
after hearing his radio show and reading/hearing his book, personally it's the first time in my life where I see proper results and it's easily adaptable to everybody. This is not a diet book is a new way of life. A very informative book with huge wisdom about nutrition and the way the body is working. No more struggling with stubborn fat and counting calories. No more endless exercise units. Careless and relaxed to feel hungry. The part of the ancient behavior, the modern industrial food industry and the excessive amount of estrogen in the food chain makes it much more clear why we gaining fat constantly, without a chance to lose it!
