Imho, many (if not all) of the author's suggestions how to "improve" the "starving" health situation of vegans sounds like a fraud. Why would improving your health lead to acne, low energy levels and weight gain? This just does not make sense. And with urinating that little amount PLUS the urine being a yellow colour only puts an immense stress on the kidneys.

The suggestions seem to come from the pharmaceutical industry to get people ill and dependant on drugs.

If you value your health, don't buy this book.
