Too few primarchs.
I expected too here a shortstory about every primarch, but it was only about 4. Fulgrim, Lionel Johnson, Ferrus Manus and Omegon.

The storys are great but i had expected more..
I really liked the story's but I expactet a kitten more to the different primachs I mean there should be 18-20 of them and on 4 story's in a bin that's called Primachs.
other of that it was a real great book

a mostly worthwhile anthology
i skipped the iron hands one cause it was super boring, but hey if u rly like them for some reason u could see it differently. While I thought I'll like the emperors children one the most, the sheer quality of the narrator for the alpha legion one took my breath away. Oh yeah and the writing is pretty good mostly, just the iron hands bit and a few frankly contrived elements from the emperors children and dark angels stories hold it back for me, still there's enough interesting and unique stuff here to be worth a listen.

Very good
Anyone who hates Eidolon should listen to this.
So only for this I would recommend this.
