I was looking for a book that helps me with advancing my skills and gives me a better understanding of my role as a manager. I found it! I recommend this book. It made me aware and understand what is behind my achievements so far and how I can increase my performance. I recommended it not only for managers, but also for team players. Thanks for the author.
On the audio part, this is my first audio book and I like it. I usually feel sleepy or cannot find the time for reading. I was driving for 7 hours today and I managed to listen to a very helpful and inspiring book!
