Good for beginners - sometimes a little confusing

I like the Narrator. Came here because I looked for an affordable way to start reading into OMAD after I watched a Video about the OMAD practitioner Dr. Amun Ra.
I am sometimes a little confused when it comes to describing when and how much to eat (e.g. before and after workouts, etc.) I think I get the basic principle but have to rehear those sections and maybe have to do some additional research as well. This could also he a. language barrier, since I'm no english antive speaker.
But than again. Doing additional research in this topic is something I would suggest no matter you buy this book or not.
In the end, a good book, with a good narrator which helped me making my first steps towards understanding and maybe someday practicing OMAD
