If you're interested in Anglo-Saxon Britain or the language, buy this audio book! The professor is a wonderful communicator and material is siper interesting. I wish the book had been longer!

In addition the influences of the Anglo Saxon culture up to the modern times are presented and there is more than one aha - moment in the course of the presentation. Recommended to anyone who is interested in history, especially if you ever wondered what influences language does have.
