not for me
I hoped for some practical knowledge about herbs and essential oils, but often it is only mentioned for example to be aware of different usages and to read about them in other books. The book is more concerned with meditative or spiritual connections to nature and contains many exercises about f.e. feeling your surroundings.

waste of time
this book is a superficial blabla, a total wast of time, no insights trying to sell with a soundfull name that is permanently repeated. green witch is the effort to make some money by saying nothing ..
