Absolutely amazing!
Congratulations to Adrian for writing such an amazing book! It was such a pleasure to listen to the audio book which I think with him being the narrator took the whole experience to the next level. I highly recommend it!

I got what I wanted.
I came for funny stories about real historic events. I didn't expected a thrilling love-story that should be it's own novel in it's mists!
Wonderful book about some known and some lesser known events in history, brilliantly voices and told.

I love it!
I know Adrian Bliss from his YouTube shorts. I love his humor very much and this book is interesting, quick witted and lovely. I'll hear it again and again. Thank you, Adrian!

Do not listen in public
I nearly peed myself laughing out loud on a train several times during „The Vestal Virgin“, only to have a strange lump in my throat all the way through “The Last Dodo”.
Adrian Bliss is genuinely funny. British humour at its finest, surprisingly tender and emotional at times. Loved it!

Kreativer Geschichtsunterricht
Ein humorvoller Ansatz um Geschichte kurzweilig lebendig zu machen. Vielleicht sollte der Ansatz von Geschichtslehrern ausprobiert werden… Ich kenne den Autor von TikTok und mag den britischen Akzent und Humor sehr. Gerne mehr davon.
