Good story almost well told

I was made aware of these book by a reddit post of the author and I can honestly say that I do not regret giving the books a listen!

The story is amazing and I had to hold my breath many times while listening.
The plot is so unique and immersive that I couldn’t stop.
And as the author has said in the afterthought, the ending is a perfect finish for this epic storytelling.

It whole trilogy is great! It does have its ups and downs, however there was not a moment where I said, that it is dragging on just for the sake of making the story longer.

There is good character development and the author does not refrain from killing some of the cast.

In genera I would recommend it for fans of dragons and fantasy.

I really like the non overbearing emotional aspects. It seems these days every story is a therapy session which can be quite tedious and annoying. I prefer characters discovering themselves indirectly which sometimes hapens here.
