Lucy Maud Montgomery OBE (1874-1942), published as L. M. Montgomery, was a Canadian author best known for her Anne Shirley series of novels. Montgomery went on to publish 20 novels, 530 short stories, 500 poems, and 30 essays. Most of the novels were set in Prince Edward Island.

Audible, please have another quality check

Amazing books - all of them. After Anne of Avonlea it even gets better. The performance is also outstanding. HOWEVER, there are sooooo many mistakes and so many repetitions in the audio files. Worst of all: as of chapter 11 of chronicles of Avonlea, the chapters make no sense whatsoever and everything is chaos. Audible, please invest in a quality check here, would be such a pity otherwise with these great novels.
