A simple story, that’s profoundly life-changing.

Whether it’s a gift for your best friend, your adult son or daughter, or for yourself, The Cafe on the Edge of the World is an inspiring and hope giving listen for anyone seeking a more meaningful life.

Almost everyone, at some point, finds themselves wondering, “Is this all there is to life?” It can be a lonely time, because we think we’re the only one struggling with that thought.

But we’re not the only one. It’s just that it’s not talked about very much in everyday conversations.

So know that you’re not alone. Know that the answers you seek are within your grasp. And trust that you’ve arrived here, at exactly the right time, for exactly the right reasons.

This book is a story. It’s simply told, and the wisdom in it is for everyday people questioning the point of everyday life. It takes place in a small cafe which has three unusual questions on the back of the menu.

Why are you here?

Do you fear death?

Are you fulfilled?

With that food for thought and the guidance of three people at the cafe, the main character (and you) are taken on a journey of self-discovery. Along the way finding a new way to look at life, yourself, and just how much you can learn from a green sea turtle.

It’s a story which will leave you inspired and hopeful, re -energized about life, positively reflective, and filled with a sense of calm and clarity.

So if that sounds good to you, grab your copy, settle into a comfy spot, and enjoy your time at The Cafe on the Edge of the World.

Really a superb book, explaining a deeply philosophical and existential question in really simple and entertaining way.

Fantastic little book

This is one of the essential questions you will be faced in this book. Strelecky demonstrates impressively that we more and more disconnect from our insides, but just need to find inner happiness to become the best of us.
Would definitely recommend for everyone who feels well, heartbroken, sad, happy or anything else!

Why are you here?

Very engaging story and great life journey insights. Life should be simple when you flow with it (green sea turtle insight of the book). That was my main takeaway.

Simple and engaging

Listened to it again, just as wonderful as the first time! More of that stuff!

Again

May be a few insights there, but generally it's an uninteresting story and a waste of time.

Disappointing and shallow

trivial way to look on the big picture and the meaning of life. I love my job, sadly the world stresses me and is not made for my kind of hypersensitivity so as far from my lived a reality and life as possibly imaginable.
not helpfful, not interesting.
a few metaphers for the sense of life in an awfully boring way.
more fascinating: sofie's world

boring Ted talk
