sehr detailliert und bedrückend, dadurch nur für echt Interessierte.
Hab es aus beruflichem Interesse ohne große USA-Bindung gehört.
Erschreckend wie groß das Problem des institutionellen Rassismus und der Unprofessionalität dort ist.

Für andere Sicherheitsbehörden interessant, aber kaum ableitbar und speziell.

Wer sich für eine detaillierte Darstellung einer US- Schattenseite der dortigen Cop-Culture interessiert ist richtig.
