The narrator just added to the magic of this story. She transferred me back in time with her voice and made each character sound so unique and different. Very content with this story and the narration.

Amazing story anf narration

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Ich finde es nicht okay, dass die Sprecherin offensichtlich kein Türkisch konnte. Türkisch ist eine meiner Erstsprachen und ich konnte leider manchmal nicht verstehen, was sie gesagt hat. Es wäre deutlich authentischer und angenehmer gewesen, wenn die Sprecherin wenigstens Türkisch aussprechen kann.
Ansonsten finde ich die Geschichte sehr schön geschrieben. Die unterschiedlichen Handlungsstränge waren so schön miteinander verbunden und die unterschiedlichen Erzähler haben die Komplexität der Geschichte unterstrichen. Sprachlich fande ich es sehr schön geschrieben. Ich wollte immer weiter hören. Am Ende gab es noch so spannende Plot Twists. All in all: super Buch!

Große Erzählkunst, differenzierte Personenbeschreibung, enormes geschichtliches Wissen als Hintergrund eines stammenden Plots y- und das alles mit Humor dargeboten. Zum Teil einbändig übertriebene Erzählstimmen - und doch ingesamt großartig
