a great idea and too much noise around it

the author explains how business is about getting win-win situations and the best way to create a business is to help someone. He interleaves this with misleading and limiting ideas, including an unnecessarily religious taint at one point in the book.
In my opinion, there are many books out there conveying the exact same message, but better.
