Über diesen Titel
Two outsiders. Two secrets.
David Piper has always been an outsider. His parents think he's gay. The school bully thinks he's a freak. Only his two best friends know the real truth - David wants to be a girl. On the first day at his new school, Leo Denton has one goal - to be invisible. Attracting the attention of the most beautiful girl in Year 11 is definitely not part of that plan. When Leo stands up for David in a fight, an unlikely friendship forms. But things are about to get messy. Because at Eden Park School secrets have a funny habit of not staying secret for long....

The Art of Being Normal Review
I was supposed to read: "The Art Of Being Normal" in school, but due to the pandemic we did not end up doing so.
However, I was intrigued as to what it was about and decided to look for the audiobook on audible.
At first the audiobook was hard to get in to, this is possibly due the highly expressive voices of Tigger Blaize and Zee Andrews, which took a while to get used too. However, I did end up very much appreciating the uniqueness of their voices, and how the actors switched whenever the characters did. It made the story even more captivating.
To the story, the only reason I didn't give it the full five stars was because I was slightly diasppointed by the ending, and definitely thought David and Leo should have gotten together.
In conclusion this story is a worthwhile heartwarming tale, which is suitable for any age!
