Story arc? Character development? not to be found here.

I felt like this would have been a decent middle book of a trilogy. But, as a part 2 of 2... it is awkward and clumsy. Honestly, I'd even have to assume a 3rd book was planned, then canceled, so the authors just tacked on an ending and wrapped up each half-written lead that no reader would have even cared about. It's a mess. The Cobbler character is top notch lore for a DM... use him for sure!
