May you live in interesting times. I'm not quite sure who said it, but I'd sure as hell like to find him and beat him in the head with a shovel. One thing about Cedar Falls...it was definitely interesting. I'd have settled for boring. Maybe even dull with a smidge of mediocrity. I guess I had nobody to blame but myself.

I really enjoyed the whole series
there is much to like with this series. it was a fun light read with a lot of hot scenes.
the end was kind of all of a sudden. but I still liked it. I didn't leave the story with a feeling of unfinished business (like other long RH series).
there are a few things I would have liked, like more diversity in bodies (although this was already way better than inother books!), or more appreciation for vegetarian food (as a vegetarian/mostly vegan person, I prefer not to hear about the large amounts of meat eaten). I think the biggest thing that aI didn't like was the timeline/spacing. I would really appreciate if the whole story would have happened in a lager timespan. it was really just a few weeks/months. and I think it would have really been easy to just add some get to know time. I think it's really easy to add but change the feeling for the love and relationship development. everyone became her whole world within basically 3 weeks or so.
I also found the narrator switch (I think it was between the third and forth book?!?!) kind of annoying, but I got used to it. and Melissa did it really well too!
the sexy scenes were not always what I really like to here, but still well written.
even if I spoke mostly of the negative sides, I really liked the book and would totally recommend it! I think it was quite different from other fantasy worlds und it was really entertaining.
