hard going

I hope the Author is keeping trace of all those characters he's rather erratically introduced and promptly let vanish. I plodding on through in the hopes that a plot would reveal itself which way well have happened right at the close.

As erratically written as the book is, it remains interesting, I shall continue to the next in the series if only just to see if the author ties up some of the many, many loose ends that this story has left.
