Just awful

Nothing but cliché on all levels. There's the cowboy from the countryside with the kitsch family and a childhood trauma, the loaded Russian quasi-mobster who was physically abused by his father as a boy, the American with the psycho mom and the female who discovers her dominant side and, after a few shots of tequila, goes completely off the rails.

Of course, the cowboy has a huge heart and is loyal to a fault, the Russian drinks like an alcoholic and has a bunch of big, bad guys at his disposal if needed, the American tries to solve everything by retreating into himself and cutting off his friends (like any real hero does in order to protect them), and the female is self-assured and independent, but happily let's the American "train" her as a domme, although he himself has only been introduced to BDSM a few weeks prior.

Oh, the BDSM club they frequent is a secret underground establishment where all the dom:mes have multiple subs to choose from like dishes on a menu. Noone there has heard of aftercare before the American intuitively starts spending time with his subs after sessions.

Yeah, right...
