As long as you ignore the very stereotypical thing of colour dividing people by gender with pink for girls and blue for boys 🙄 and virginity being equalised with purity (only in one line but still) 🙄 then you are in for a very unstereotypical story! And I guess since there are all kinds of haircolours featured in this, like in anime/manga the "orange" haircoloured people aren't actually ginger? 🤨
To put it simply this story has a lot of references to anime/manga, k-dramas, BL and it is like it also fearures the best of HP worldbuilding/magic anime. It was definitely written by someone who's in this scene and therefore will be loved by anyone else with these interests! There are also quite a bunch of hilarious scenes, which I actually only ever saw the likes of in anime or manga. 😆👌
Little spoiler? or rather a warning for those who aren't into this:
It is genderbender for most of the time with a few BL scenes thanks to the genderbent main character.
I honestly never heard an audiobook/read a book which is so much like anime/manga but at the same time like an american reverse harem for adult women - and I need more of this intoxicating mix!!!
