Not feeling it
I dont get this story. it was supposed to be a romance, no? how can you write a romance where the MCs interact only a few times.they only meet for the first time in chapter 9 by Chapter 24 the couple met only briefly like 5 times. we have a lot of monologues and a lot of interactions with other people no one cares about. despite the marriage of convenience trope, whose only purpose is to create a forced proximity Situation the couple spent more times apart than together. so no communication, no proximity, denial and both had their guards up like forth Knox, until like 95% of the book, I was so over it by that time. only in the end they admit their Feelings and come together - the end.
