I am intrigued by Victoria Thompson's way of finding new cases to solve. She is an accomplished writer.
I am sorry to say that I still don't get used to the way Ms Torren reads it out. It was a mere pleasure to listen to Callie Beaulieu.

An enjoyable detective story.

And the interpreter fell back to making the main male character sounding like the villain ;)
I like the series a lot, but, apart from the history of automobiles, which was really interesting, for me this was a rather weak episode.
And I still don’t understand why it’s not possible to level out the volume better, to make it more ear-friendly …
