Interessantes Buch mit vielen Ideen

Kann man sich Mal geben, es ist stellenweise etwas aufgebläht, aber da kann man es sich dann ohne Probleme auf 1,3x Geschwindigkeit geben. Es ist ziemlich gut dieses Buch gehört zu haben bevor man vielleicht zu weiteren spirituelle Büchern geht, vor allem zu denen von Fred Dodson selbst. Empfehlenswertes Buch, auch wenn es nicht unbedingt leichte Kost ist :D

Amazing content, I could directly "see" the distinction between energy levels. Only the narrator's voice sounded a bit condescending from time to time..

One of the best books I have ever read

I am still not fully done with this book, but I want to write this review now. In a nutshell, this is the best book I have ever read in my life so far. Let me tell you why.

The author describes in detail a scale of consciousness that ranges from low states like "shame" and "guilt" to basically pure enlightenment. However, it is not always the goal to reach pure enlightenment. Worldly goals like money or sex will become unattractive to you. It always depends where you are right now and where you want to go. I started out to improve my dating life, for example.

Of course, you are not always at one set energy level, it is more like a range with good and bad days. Other people that are higher in energy can pull you up and those in lower energies pull you down. It becomes apparent that we seek those in higher energy realms and try to spend more time with them as we sense they are good for us. In certain areas of your life you may be in a higher energy level and in lower areas in others. For example I believe I was (and to some extent still am) stuck in "desire" in regards to relationships but in other areas of my life, I am in much higher energy levels.

It is really crazy what this book has done to my life. I see things through a different perspective now and am able to quickly decide which sort of things I want in my life and which I do not. Just one of many examples: Today I opened Snapchat and was mindlessly scrolling through the feed. While I used to do this unrefractingly in the past, I realized now what I was seeing. The first feed was a compilation of people fillming inside airplanes with things happening like the turbines catching on fire, the windows popping out and and and... Previously I would have been like "Wow, interesting." But now I can clearly see: This is FEAR. This video is trying to instigate FEAR in me in order to keep me in the app. Second Snapchat feed shows sexualized women. They're playing some sort of game where they move their clenched fists up and down quickly and it looks very sexual if you know what I mean. Well, before I would have been like "Yeah, damn thats hot. Time to watch some p***", but now I was like: This is DESIRE. This video is trying to instigate DESIRE/LUST in me to keep me on the app longer.

Once you realize these things, you go through life completely differently and are able to really actively decide what you are consuming. I believe reading this book has literally made me a better person. It shows me that the true virtues in life are things like compassion, kindness, courage, etc, to not place too much value on worldly and ego-gratifying things.

I honestly can recommend this book to anyone and I will recommend it to those that are dear to me.

Priceless. I usually never leave reviews on here.

This is a must read for pretty much everyone. I can't think of a single person who wouldn't benefit from understanding the main ideas from this book, it's really really good, I really think so. Really.
I should add that this is like the 6th time I've listened to the whole thing.

Level of Life Changing

Great to understand life in terms of energy and to categories it that way.
It helps a lot to overcome specific struggles.
The structure is a little bit over the place.

Interesting facts but arrogant author knows it all

The book contains good information if you want to go in depth on the levels of Energy. It gets into specific detail about the individual levels.

If you're not yet familiar with David Hawkin's "Letting Go" though, I will definitely recommend you read that one first as it covers the same overall contents.

I've just stopped listening about 8 hours into this audiobook. The book is written from an increasing stance of pride and arrogance. The author knows it all and has completely understood how the world works. And of course, once you (like the author) know about the levels of energy, it gives you (like him) an unfair advantage in every single area of life.

The author judges low energies harshly, yet at the same time the book may contain information over level 400 but is written mostly from a 190 (pride) attitude. It's hard to listen to as it's so arrogant. Also, from time to time the author starts making vast points about his political views and opposes these on the listener, although it doesn't have anything to do with the content of the book.

Also, when you take a look at pictures of the author you won't feel like you're looking at an enlightened being.

Like I said, stick with David Hawkins and maybe get some additional factual inspiration from this one.

lack of build up, no new info

listened to the first 30 minutes and got very bored. catchy title but now build up, no story telling, lots of buzzwords but no interesting info.
