This book is great! I couldn't believe it was the author's first book, it's stunningly beautiful! Great story, great storytelling, amazing characters.

geniously written, great characters, brilliant storyline, details, dialogues and metaphors, interesting topic, great insight to role of women back in time - still topical today. not judgemental, very rwalistic and down to earth. love the characters of elisabeth zott, mr flask ...and the dog...!

The book engaged me right from the beginning. It’s the first time that I finished a book of this length in just 2 days. I laughed, cried, got angry, even learned a bit about chemistry; but specially, I got encouraged and inspired by Elizabeth Zott!
