Gute Lektüre und Prüfungsvorbereitung
Mir hat der AudioLern CrashCourse sehr geholfen, die nötigen Inhalte für ITIL4 Foundation und die Zertifizierung aufzubauen. Allerdings gibt es im Final Exam einige Fragen, deren als korrekt markierte Antworten ich doch infrage stellen würde. Da lohnt es sich sicherlich, noch eine Zweitlektüre oder andere Fragenkataloge zur Rate zu ziehen. Ansonsten super!

Extremely boring and no interesting info
Completely inefficient and - for European listeners - annoying way of writing and reading.
The first hour is explanation why You should learn and use ITIL, and incredibly helpful hints how and when to sleep before the exam..
