a good final
it was ok, but not the best book of the series.
I liked most of it, nice plot twists, maybe a little bite to much for on book and to little depth to the sidestories it selfs.
a good ending for the series! worth reading/lessening to it

I definitely appreciated this third book more. More Action, more answers to my questions lol you have to suffer through book1 and 2 but it's worth it.

finally
After five years i got through the cc trilogy. this book was a worthy Finale. but I am exhausted. this book is so ling and yet each secknd is packed. there is no moments to take a breather. SJM pulled it off and I am satisfied in the end. that being said I struggled a lot. there were too many story lines which were unnecessary and not tied of very well (the while plot with Sigrid) too many players. I struggled with Bryce a lot. especially when she xlashed with my precious acotar people. BC my allegiances are - as it turned out - very clear! yoh dont mess with my court of night. and then gets ro call them a##*s, why??? I really disliked her then. the naration was excellent. 7☆

Schön, aber ein bisschen enttäuschend
Schöner Abschluss der Reihe, aber ich hatte mir irgendwie mehr erhofft ☹️ war sehr vorhersehbar und die Interaktion mit den Figuren der anderen Buchreihe war auch viel weniger, als gedacht. Auch von Bryce's Freundinnen aus den ersten beiden Büchern war fast nichts zu hören. War für mich persönlich nicht ganz rund..
Die englische Sprecherin fand ich tatsächlich nicht so gut, wie die deutsche. Die männlichen Stimmen haben sich alle sehr gleich und kehlig angehört.

Anfänglich sehr langatmig, die zweite Hälfte war deutlich besser.
Leider ist es nicht das Highlight geworden, welches ich mir erhofft habe. Es waren viel zu viele (neue) Plotts und Hintergründe. Die zweite Hälfte war dann deutlich besser. 👌🏻

Enjoyable
In comparison to SJMs other series I definitely needed more time to get hooked on the plot of CC. Still the books don’t disappoint and the characters grow on you over time. Although the story is quite complex I enjoyed following along the many different side plots and think it’s great how the individual characters all get their fair share of spotlight and attention. Especially in Hofas. For me, the CC reading experience got better with each book, Hofas being the (at times most confusing yet) best book out of the 3. The ending felt a bit rushed as a lot of crucial moments happened in a very short amount of time…but overall it was still a nice, tension filled and satisfying finale.

Amazing everything

Great but brutal
Great story and culmination at the series. Be aware though that it includes very brutal scenes. I thought I was tough but at times it was almost too much, perhaps also due to the great narrator. Thankfully it got less visually violent after that and includes more of the twinkle eyed humour I appreciated in the past two books.

A roller couster ride
