What happens when your father is the prime suspect in a murder case?

FBI Agent Nell Flynn is about to work the most personal case of her life.

Ich mochte die a Geschichte und die Leserin. Dazu ist es spannend und ich wusste bis zu letzt nicht so genau wer gut und wer böse ist 🙂🙌🏼

With an likeable lead. Once more, the narrator did an amazing job! I didn’t know she narrated this audio book when I bought it but quickly found myself loving the voice before I recognised her (before this, I heard her narrate a fantasy novel so the connection took a while due to not making the genre jump). The story was compelling and I was glad it wasn’t too graphic while still having the plotpoints to be expected in such a thriller and pool of corruption the characters find themselves investigating. I could keep characters apart the entire time (which I sometimes struggle with but never here) and the pacing was good. Furthermore, I love finding books, especially in this genre, with a female lead, and especially leads (of any gender) that aren‘t ridiculously overpowered by being geniuses who can do everything or who are constantly making dumb decisions. Loved it, will check out some of the author‘s other books
