Sound familiar?
For most of us this is “normal” within the workplace. These are the typical problems that mean we are firefighting on a daily basis and these are the things that drain everyone’s energy, making work hard. It does not have to be like this.
There is a better way. You could decide to have G.R.E.A.T. processes. When you have those, these kind of problems perhaps don’t go away completely, but they can be dramatically reduced.
