A good book for teens and fans of Emma

I used to watch her videos and it was interesting to get to know Emma a little better, however from someone who reads a lot about psychology and personal development, it didn’t really give and new or exciting input; more a biography than advice though it might be really good for younger people, especially 13-18 :)
