Worth your time

Particularly if you suspect you have AD(H)D or have a diagnosis already I believe you will find this book very useful. The accompanying pdf is also excellent. The book addresses various areas I found difficult but didn't realise might be attributable to ADHD and gives actionable steps to address behaviours that are bothering you. I think if one uses this book and the pdf it could really change lives for the better.
