One has to try and enjoy each day and offer no excuses as to why that can't be accomplished. Granted some days are heavy with certain burdens in life that we have to endure, but making them a feature of our lives is purely for the pathetic and stupid. We shouldn't "Postpone Happiness" either, saying that in the future things will get better or look forward to a future date - even if it is valid in itself.
Every day is part of our life and we should, as such, make the best of it and be positive. If we start to make excuses as to why we aren't happy then we are on the slippery slope downhill. Where our mind goes the body follows, so it is your choice....
