Ei Shuvro! Ei is the fifth book of Shuvro series by Humayun Ahmed.
After waking up, Shuvro wishes to know the time but has no watch. Even he does not sleep with a wristwatch under his pillow. He decides that he doesn't need to know the time, so he stays in bed.
When Shuvro was 11 or 12 years old, a crow sat beside his window at seven in the morning. Looking at him with angry eyes, it called twice and went away. Shuvro named this crow Kinkor. Since then, every year this crow comes to his window and calls to him.
Shuvro told his mother, Jahanara, about his dream. It’s about Robinson Crusoe on a deserted island. His mother, blind with compassion for her son, tells him that his father, Motahar Shaheb, is buying him an island. After Shuvro's marriage, she plans to send them to this island.
