Becoming a confident decision-maker
Ugh, I've always jokingly said that I wish I could hire someone to make decisions for me. Well, little did I expect to come across this wonderful listen, so full of insight, information and advice to help navigate uncertainty. I had never really thought about the decision-making process and the way our bodies are triggered when we are in doubt or under pressure.
This book gave me the knowledge and confidence to begin to change my mindset when it comes to problem-solving and decision-making. I highly recommend a read and a listen!

Wonderful!
This audiobook was wonderful. The author shares some great advise so that you can quickly and accurately solve problems which is essential to be successful in life. We are making decisions on a daily basis and these decisions determine the outcome of our lives which is why learning newer and better ways to do this is so important. Great for all teenagers and adults in general.

Transformative
My teen and I are grateful to have come across this audiobook. Stephany K.Thomann has done an excellent job of using her knowledge, experience, and insights to help even the most hesitant person improve decision-making and problem-solving skills, and Tatjana Bluemler's sympathetic narration brought the material to life, making it an engaging and thought-provoking listen!
The chapter on decision-making processes was particularly interesting. Stephany explained the various approaches clearly and concisely, making them simple to understand and apply in real-world scenarios. Stephany has also included practical exercises to help reinforce these concepts which have proven particularly helpful in building my youngster's confidence and abilities.
This audiobook is highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their problem-solving abilities. It has undoubtedly changed the way my adolescent approaches challenges.
