Soothing and inspiring

I already loved the little book Dance of the Love Caterpillar with its illustrations.
In the audio version the spoken word, soothing voice of David Brower and of course the beautifully written and played music take it into whole other dimension. This is not an either/or decision. I definitely recommend having both in your library.
