With your breathing you can calm yourself down specifically and easily. Fears and worries are reduced during this inner contemplation. You gradually arrive at yourself and enjoy the moment. Only the here and now counts, no yesterday, no tomorrow.
In this deep relaxation you recharge your batteries and take care of your mental well-being in the long run. Your perception of yourself, the well-being in the moment with yourself and your senses are actively stimulated: You can then continue on your way again with full joy and performance. The accompanying 432 Hz music and the spherical sounds support the physical and psychological stabilization in this meditation.
