Loved Gareth and Hyacinth, they were so fun to watch falling in love. I loved how all the other characters tied in, especially Lady Danbury. I loved all the banter and teasing, and I think the transitions of the main romance as well as the familial relationships were really genuine.

This was just one more of the 8 amazing stories in the Bridgerton series! And I can already feel a sadness creeping in as near the end of it. It’s amazing how Julia Quinn always manages to spin a new story around the same concept. It’s always clear that the characters end up together, that they fall in love and live a wonderful life, but there is also always a twist which is never the same and never makes any story feel repetitive or boring. Plus, Rosalyn Landor ist simply the most amazing narrator ever!

I did enjoy the last book a lot more than the ones before, and I have to say this one is just as good! Love how she changed up tge writing style again, and poked a tiny bit of fun at romance books with it.
