Heartbreaking yeat heartwarming

Great Story.
Usually, Abby Craden is a great choice as a narrator but in this book I thought she was too fast and breathless (at least in the first 10 or so chapters. Dialogues went head to head, almost no sentence breaks were truly pronounced. It seemed as if she wantes to plow through it. Thankfully, at some point, that turned into the Abby we love and know and one could truly appreciate the book.
