The daughter of widowed British shock rocker Eddie "Maddman" Maddox, 17-year-old Ashley, an aspiring musician herself, is desperate to escape her father's roving Rapunzel's tower and come off the road. Determined to experience a normal life before the last of her childhood slips away, she finally snips Eddie's parental puppet strings, leaving him holding an empty line for three days. Slowly, Moxie's earthly allies begin to realize that though everyone must die, not everyone lies down-entirely, that is.
