Yes of course I would have more time if I just sleep 6 hours, but sleep is central for my health, productivity and longevity! And yes of course I would spare time if I just read the headlines of newspapers and keep myself updated by the community - and it’s the root of fake news, rumors and populism.

And getting up early is not „just get out at 5!“ I think people know that and it would have been nice to get inspiration on how to reach that goal in small steps.

Sorry… not for me.
