Some decent advice, but

The authors give some decent advice, but struggled to build up a coherent framework. Some points were repeated over and over again, in different forms, while other statements on the surface level contradicted said advice.

If you are looking for an easy "read", with some inspirational messages, this book will serve you well.
If, on the other hand, you look for a at least somewhat nuanced view on happiness, success and the associated behavior, you might want to look elsewhere.
