Über diesen Titel
He's everything I've never wanted - too young, too weird, too wild.
I wasn't impressed that I had to get my weekly massage from a guy with a toe ring. But when I discovered David Cooke's skills as a masseur were literally orgasmic, I couldn't stop thinking about him and his amazing hands, day and night. Especially at night.
He's full of surprises. And despite my bad behavior, David's just as eager to explore this chemistry between us. Turns out, there's a lot more to him than hemp pants and tattoos. If he's so wrong for me, why does being with him feel so right?

Review on 'Men of Smithfield - Seth and David'
The „Men of Smithfield“ stories are still on my regular re-listening list whenever I want an audio book with a great voice actor to make me feel good and smile on a rainy day.
After having lost his twin sister to cancer and becoming the sole parent for his 6-year-old niece Molly, Seth is completly out of his depth. While he is a cold, arrogant jerk at his job, and a judgemental prick, he is struggling really hard to get a grip on his grief, his failed relationship and to find a way into little Molly's heart. Meeting David further throws him off balance, as the younger man represents all, he finds weird (tattoos, toe and ear rings, juggeling a masseur, waiter, author and artist job). Still Seth is inevitably drawn to David. They may be opposite in appearence but both men are very similar inside. Before they can work on their blossoming relationship, they have to find out, who is blackmailing them with compromising pictures and why Molly's birth-father suddenly shows up. Then the excitment spikes even further as Molly gets kidnapped.
This time L.B.Gregg focuses on Seth and David's story, I dare say the couple carrying the most inner baggage of all her „Men of Smithfield“ pairings. Although Seth deserved my compassion, it took me quite a while to warm up to him because he had been such an egoistic, snappy person for most the time.Slowly Seth learns never to judge a book just by its cover! David on the other hand, is all sweet and cute right from the beginning.
Shannon Gunn has outdone himself again with narrating this story and so contrary MCs. Gosh, that massage table scene and the lavendar smell will stick to my memory like Finn's Halloween costume in the pervious episode. Mr.Gunn even does the kids'voices well without over exaggeration. Thanks to his interpetation the dynamics between Seth and David truely comes alive.
