Joel Leslie gives life to all the characters, expresses passion and love and happiness and sorrow. Just perfect!
But it is pure torture to wait for the next book....

Enjoyed it soooo much! Joel Leslie is so brilliant! It didn't seem like a story read to you by him, but rather like he (as the character) was directly telling it to you. He embodied the character so perfectly - like it was written specificly for him.
Will immediately binge the next book...

I'm in love with this series! Although it should be named as How to Blow your Emotions All Over the Room. I've lived with Arden, loved with him, cried with him and laughed with him. Joel Leslie's narration is absolutely perfect!

I've read the book and felt very queasy and worried about it due to the title. Felt the same uneasy worry when listening to the audio book. you definitely need to get the next book in the series as well. I wouldn't want to spoil it but I guess AH already did that with the title. there will be a shimmer of hope at the horizon, especially since there is much more to the story than just the central relationship.... but it is at times dreadful to anticipate the ending.
I must say the reader is not my favourite because I feel some scenes are a bit overdone and Caspian's voice does not quite match with my mental image of the character...

The main point seemd to be some kind of psychological detective work in the direction of "how to tame the psychopath". Just a touch of light erotic/bdsm content - so that you see the point is interpersonal and relationship.

I LOVE how Hall includes popular (and classical) culture into the text. Best moment when they go to the Royal Albert Hall to listen to Bluebeard's Castle, to which Arden's comment "This was so good I nearly pissed my pants!" :)

Beware! This erotic romance will motivate you to listen to Bartók, re-watch Gone with the Wind and Star Wars.
