Awesome content
The content is indeed valuable and easy to follow. The voice acting is somewhat that needs more love, though.

Good content, but a painfully scratchy voice
The author reveals countless useful insights. She does know what she is talking about, 100%. But it is not always the best idea, if the author reads her book by herself.
This mentioned, I want to state that even this did not hinder me, listening every single sentence. It's worth it.

A trove of knowledge
A very important book for anyone doing product work. This book has been very enlightening. It's not the easiest listen and the presentation is somewhat dry, but the methodological approach and exposition are invaluable.

Scratchy voice. Couldn't focus in the content
I can't say anything about the content. I just couldn't focus and gave up in the end. The voice was so scratchy. I felt constant pity for the speaker having to read through it all. It sounded like it's hurting her.
