Kritikerstimmen
"Lively and provocative, Hawking clearly possesses a natural teacher's gift, easy, good-natured humor, and an ability to illustrate highly complex propositions with analogies plucked from daily life." ( The New York Times)

Legendary must-read, slap-dash recording
It is almost comical how the narrator gets tripped up. But even so, I did not get distracted from the content of this wonderful book.

Fantastic!
Whoever is not a physicist and still wants to get in touch with the mysteriums connected to how the world came into being and how it works is absolutely right in chosing this book! It's well understandable (though not always as intuitive - but talking about these ideas should not be too easy after all, I reckon ;-)) and the reader takes the right pace reading through the chapters!Very good audio book indeed!
